What absolute nonsense.
EM is majority owned by Helen Du (Du Haijiang) indivually and through a number of Chinese businesses she owns. Well over 50% ownership.
Also, it is well known China has spent a few decades, and much propoganda, luring Israeli tech companies into China.
EM website says that she is also a principal in China Merchants Bureau of Economic Development Zone.
