Down 35% in 10 years doesn't sound very safe, especially once you account for inflation. All they have done is sack people for the past decade and expect it will improve investor value. So many missed opportunities. That's what happens when an accountant steers the ship. I guess you can read whatever you want from the tea leaves though.
