It's not an apples to apples comparison and not neccessarily a great metric to compare on. It's nonsense and misleading to use singular metrics to compare, especially such an esoteric one.
Try looking at other metrics, I.e. revenue, EBITDA.
One issue with Infratil is you are paying a management company performance fees that are incentivised to continually represent the best case/best valuation for their assets to derive higher perfiomance fees.
