3. When he took out the MacBank loan at 10c for 100m shares the sp was rising, why selling at 10c when possibly selling higher, as he did later.
The shares can't be sold or lent to others, no margin call either. Last year adjusted to 125m shares at 8c. No idea why not paid off but probably a better way for him. Again, got nothing to do with IMU.

Not defending Hopper, but Hopper selling shares is not a reflection of what's to come. If it was, then all directors would have sold.
