Just as I suspected, they use extremely little compared to the tier 1 companies manufacturing larger batteries for EV.

It is said a mobile battery has about 2grams of lithium versus a tesla battery at up to 100kg (more or less).

Even so, there is no offtake with them, just a cash investment, so lots of people counting chickens before they hatch (even some still thinking it's a Japanese company.... awkward.)

Like everyone else, I would much rather see a tier 1 counterparty in the EV/battery supply chain as a customer.
