Reported in the FIN Review this morning that APZ is buying land in the Swan Valley, the fastest growing region in the metropolitan area of Perth.
Intersting?...but what is even more interesting is that there has not been an annoucement made by the company.
The latest report from the new CEO is that the company was going into a consolidation phase.
