The company is appealing the GoG decision to refuse an exploitation license. I’ve mentioned this numerous times, the company has 12 months to appeal the decision, according to the minerals resources act. The twelve month timeframe was due to expire start of June. The timing of this development is not coincidental. IMHO.
Part of that appeal involves a financial remedy.
The subpoena will be available to view in a few weeks and the facts can be validated.
