Thanks for sharing. I sense this is positive news.
I hope, though, that focus is placed on improving customer satisfaction, which (as I see it) in large part comes down to product quality, rather than marketing. Having happy customers that return for more purchases, and refer others to the store, is critical. There is no other meaningful differentiator/moat that sets DSK apart from the consumer’s perspective. That’s my view anyway.
