The directors have obviously figured out a way to squeeze this lemon for its last drops of salary.
I'd say it will be 15 years till cyl's proposed tunnel in the area even goes near tandarra. I don't see this plan having enough credibility to get off the ground. Maybe they will go insolvent twice in one year? Selling tandarra and buying a mobile hot dog stand at the MCG would make more sense for investors.
