    what a joke. An auditor only resigns for limited reasons.

    do your research - an auditor hardly resigns only after they audited the firm for 7 years they rotate to another firm to keep independence etc

    the main reason why an auditor resigns is disagreement with management over financial statements … ring ding ding wasn’t one of the previous announcements due to delayed fin reports because of a disagreement ?

    I doubt this will go through
