*Telco customer is still in play and not "clearly a miss".
*They are confident in their cash position - $50 million+ at bank - and their cash went up from December after loosing Google.
*There is no debt. No wonder with cash remaining stable - or going up if you want to be completely accurate - there is minimal chance of a cap raise.
*What we're you expecting with Google leaving? Immediate profit?
*Appen have overpromised for years - and now finally they've decided not to.
You clearly think there is no value here.
