Pinderi Hills is going to be very interesting. All eyes are on Andover West, but Pinderi may shoot the lights out. They've had geos out there for a while, look out for a left field announcement. Downside is most we get is 50% but look at Azure/Creasy...not an issue.
Hoping Tom and George can manage to wrestle up at least one announcement a month...might be asking too much FFS..
