I agree wholeheartedly.
The ones frothing at the mouth are renters by choice it seems, and now they've realised they should have worked their butts off to get a home.
Landlords have it tough right now, they've got some great gains pocketed over the last few years but that doesn't help the cashflow. There's a lot of risk been put onto landlords over recent times too, the tenant has a lot more rights, there's more regs, it's tougher.
