Hey Tony, not sure if you're referring to my comments or Gordys, I think we all agree profits are coming soon, but many ways to look at it and define "profit". EBITDA, NPBT, cashflow positive etc....
personally I feel until they're bringing in or saving $1billion per year it's not really profitable due to the $800m we're spending on FFI/energy per year. I feel $1B is still years away.
An electric truck may save $$$ straight away, but will take a few years to pay off the CAPEX & R&D costs. Similar to Iron Bridge started in 2010, should be paid off in about 2027.... that's a loooong project. FFI projects started in 2020, I doubt any will have paid themselves off by 2030, but due to accounting rules we should have an increased dividend in just a few years.
