Well, the BOD has done shareholders no favours in this instance.
The BOD hasn't had the foresight or willingness to have had a share consolidation to take the sting out of tick spread. 100%. Shocking.
While they probably haven't broken any trading rules, they have issued hundreds of millions of shares which, if not trade restricted, can immediately come back onto the market at 100% profit, and with all the dilutionary negatives.
The BOD has known for ages the terminal date and the inevitability of this agreed transaction and have allowed it to eventuate.
What would a sceptic think if a share consolidation is forthcoming in the near future.
