They were willing to underwrite as 7c before bring gifted the golden goose clause.
If it's not a long term investor they will dump the 32 million shares between 5.5 and 7. Easiest ~20% they could make assuming they can drum up interest from the Cannacord portfolio.
Where to from here is my question, apparently these funds were to advance VDT trials at Muchea.
I think we have finally hit rock bottom. It's do or die by the EPA.
