The Cap raising surely could be no better than 6c?
Why would you ask investors / instos to buy in at move than 6.9c when they can go to the market for 6.9c?
If ist a placement the same would apply, unless the placement was at 10c and there were free oppies to tart it up??
Is it ever the case the a Cap raise is done above the current SP??
