inclusion in the program will certainly remove first design and initial premium test / fail use costs that new soc / nocs' command from a traditional perspective - very cost prohibitive for new players to run their designs without open source access like this - ( pretty much what CH stated) don't know if it will drive upward movement in the SP...we'll see I guess
