We now have the farcical situation where out of 5 Board positions 2 a filled by Chinese Nationals employed by ZIMC who own zero shares in the Company and Robert Marusco who represents Vast Honour. The remaining 2 Board positions are vacant.The total shareholding of ZIMC and Vast Honour is around 25%. We badly need Australian Directors who (as Australian residents) remove the reason for the suspension by the ASX and more importantly fairly work for the interests of the remaining 75% of shareholders. I am voting for Alvin Tan and Hugh Pilgrim as new appointments and the re-appointment of Robert Marusco.
