    Yeah but if there were an offtake, it wouldn't even be between AGY and Ampace. It's for ATL (Amperex Technology Limited), who are not in the EV market.

    We can only go off what the company has told us, and they've said nothing about the company Xiamen Ampace Technology Ltd.

    Also I'm 100% sure JZ wouldn't have missed an opportunity to name-drop CATL if it were with Ampace, as they would have mentioned it as well as it being a JV between ATL + CATL.
