Ok that is a really simplistic way at looking at a complex problem.
Let do an exercise together and maybe at the end of it we will come closer to a better mutual understanding of SYA, from that list of most shorted stocks which ones have increased key management salary while SP has been declining, this filter will help us exclude companies that have a BOD aligned with shareholders best interests.
