Andrew Ettinger and Alicia Hale resigned, now fired, from the company at the wrong time.
Losing 2 revenue and marketing related top positions is worrying, when the company is at a critical juncture of retaining old clients and winning new one.
There is no doubt the internal turmoil at the senior management level is still going on.
