I think if anyone was to look at investing in SDL outside of the Chinese,Indian or Koreans it would be the likes of VALE looking to get back into Belinga at present.
Severstal who are in Core Mining close to Nabeba and also in African Aura Group of associates.
Another could be Rio Tinto who are working on their tenements in Gabon close to the Cameroon border and only abour 85kl from SDL's proposed rail corridor to port.
