I don’t know what Spid thinks management could have done when ships were sitting at anchor for 3 months out of Dal. Slam their fist on the desk of the port authority demanding they dock their ships. Construction inherently faces unforeseen challenges but WKT have now past that stage and Spid just can’t get over it. We will soon be loading product on ships and he will be arguing about how bad commissioning was. lol always 2 steps behind
