Currently that's a lie..... or inaccurate at best. Russia does not have 4 new oblasts. Thousands of Russians are dying every day trying to take oblasts. Secured Crimea..... hmmm I guess you could call it that although the Kerch bridge is probably on borrowed time. I also expect the bridgehead at Krynky to be enlarged over time too.

Everyone can see the pattern... Crimea, so called DPR/LPR, now 4 oblasts......Russia is like a virus slowly crawling over & destroying everything it touches.
