    They don't need the cash as drilling was only going to cost 800k and they have 2.5M
    They're scared that if it comes up a duster they'll have to raise at a much lower price and a lot more dilution.
    Most likely scenario is their friends at GBA want to get in cheaper and have approached CUS with an offer.
