Why: Originally back at the beginning of this saga Naaja Nathanielsen advised and said that she wanted to meet with the company. This never really happened......

The company was forced into Arbitration process to protect it's interest Kvanefjeld...

Hopefully this will now bring the parties to the table where the TRUTH will be exposed and false statements made.....

GML have always been open to negotiation with the project and at all times followed the pathway set and agreed by the GoG....


These Writs will force all parties to the table which will then openly disclose the falsehoods that have been raised against the company and Kvanefjeld...

The visit of Ursula Von Der Leyen a couple of months ago highlighted the EU commitment and need for Rare Earth Minerals to reduce their reliance on China. It's also put pressure on Greenland to come to the party with supply giving them 100's millions of Euro's. The world can't wait for Greenland to dither over it's future when we are all heading in the wrong direction....


GML has been a longterm member of the EU Critical Minerals Alliance well before IA decided to also join. GML had a commitment with the EU in developing Kvanefjeld as a key reliable supplier of Rare Earth.....

GML/Kvanefjeld is at a stage where it can deliver what was promised to the EU in a short timeframe.

It also offering high employment for the local population as it is close to the local infrastructure. Overnight it would be a huge win for the locals.......

Kvanefjeld has significant support in Greenland even though IA won the election...

In the end TRUTH will WIN..

IA promised to sit down with the company to find the pathway forward as mentioned previously this never happened...

This Writ will allow all to see what may be perceived as wrong and what's right and good for the people of Greenland and the economy...
