'They have 4 new oblasts, and secured Crimea
and I thought the fighting was going on in Kharkiv
and that the capitols of two of those oblasts in Ukrainian hands and that isn't looking like changing
so .....factually quite incorrect .....russia DO NOT have four oblasts .....nor is the land they occupy recognised by .......anyone that counts !
