Excellent post SET, however I am of the firm opinion that it would take a much more serious offer than say $9 ish per share to get Todd and OCJ even interested in selling.

Say $50 per share was tabled it would put around $6billion into Todd's coffers and around $2billion into OCJ. With $2billion spread over remaining shareholders and $10billion would equate to roughly say10 years of existing PFS figures but don't forget that this is currently only 20% of mine site so in the overall scheme is a drop in the bucket for a serious player.

Given OCJ and Todd's real knowledge of what this investment looks like I firmly believe it would take an offer in this realm to get them to even start talking and would still make a great investment for a potential third party.
Interesting times ahead and as each day goes by and each milestone is achieved the value will continue to climb exponentially and I am positive all the major players are fully aware of this.
