Thanks for posting that info, Pick. I just don’t know what to make of it, though. Yes, if the helium tank was not “fit for use” then that lets Renergen off the hook for that delay (if there is one). BUT…those tanks cost around a million bucks each so someone is a bit out of pocket if it can’t be repaired. (Maybe it can be.) Secondly, I just really hope it’s not a “the dog ate my homework” excuse. How many more effing delays can there be until a container is filled and sent out?!?
