That’s my only concern with regards to cashflow, if we going to engage the new mob in July and only pay for it then, we’ll have to wait an entire year to get half of the expenses back. That’s why I thought the program was so well timed initially, as we’d get the rebate pretty much immediately.

There’s ways around it though, for example EXR could pay the new mob in full in June and claim the rebate back immediately

I guess my concern is that the rebate will cover some part of the entire operations (e.g. including drilling the well), but if the "research" part hasn't been done, can they still claim the non-research/associated activities?
