Not that it matters given we'll still very likely be a party to arbitration come Feb next year anyways given how long that takes to even get to first hearing....

May as well write this off in our minds tbh.

The only saving grace is that they could be bluffing to try and get a settlement of sorts. If they see FFX will defend its self they might just choose to drop it, I can't imagine they have millions of dollars to spend on legal. Unless of course they have a gold mine...
