BHP mining inventory for Kalkaroo project:
772,800 tonnes copper
2.1 million ounces gold
This works out to ~ 1.234 million tonnes (2.72 billion pounds) CuEq at current Cu and Au prices.
HAV's current total MC represents ~ 1.7 US cents/ CuEq lb for just the Kalkaroo project. Cu is currently trading at ~ US$4.85/ib.
This likely makes HAV one of the cheapest ASX stocks, with an undeveloped open pit copper-gold project in Australia, on a CuEq basis.
Big wallets are currently pursuing producers. Due to the forecast copper demand, at some Cu price point (we must be close) new projects will also be targeted, IMO.
