Hopper certainly will not let this one go down, IMU can always issue gazillions of shares to buy out CHM in case the sp reaches 0.1c. IMO there are two ways to deal with CHM. Either selling out right now or following Hopper which means dilute when he dilutes to keep the % constant. That way we would keep our share when pay day comes. The question is, will the pay out be enough to cover the current papaer loss? It definitely will be for him when he sells CHM either for cash or scrip. But until then the sp could stay above 2c or sink to 0.1c. If his reputation would be to raise at higher prices than before according to progress nobody would be concerned. But lowering the raising price despite fantastic progress has caused the distrust. And his latest move to approve a blanc cheque for raising at any price he wants or Lind / Bell Potter dictate / demand hasn't helped either. If he really had lined up seriously interested LT bio-focused funds as outlined in the EGM notice he would have already raised at 5-10c. GLTA

Maybe he is deliberately sacrificing CHM so he can merge it into IMU on the cheap
