Well flec' it's hardly pointless because tpm has shown no superiority to many of the existing array of permeators and solubilizers . This may no doubt explain its lack of commercial success over two decades .
If indeed a high absorption of cbd does mitigate insomnia I can't see any reason why Pharma would choose tpm . There's a plethora of research on the solubilty and absorption of other compounds readily available and substantially more cost effective.
Can you show me anything in the literature validating tpm/cbd absorption ?
