Time compression is working to keep the share price rising, the longer this goes on the better, they have what is required, all facets of government are slow as the rainy season, when i was doing contract work for the state government it was 120 days for payment, one time i went to treasury place, stood over the guy that wrote the cheques, told him i was going to eat half his lunch if he did not sign a cheque as payment for $35,000 that i had been waiting for, i was paid.
