My only concern was the downward adjustment of ATM interchange fee, which was addressed by 2 factors, one, the SP of CMS Infotech is going up and the other the proposal to increase it from 17 to 20+ rupees.
Otherwise, there are many holders of FND who have seen their investments gone up 300% and so natural to take profit, but the FND juggernaut will race ahead!!!
The next big news will be another private equity buying a portion of TSI at 10+ times EBITDA.
