They clearly stated that Quantum have the money so why now do we mess around more with part payments? Obvious answer is quantum dont have the full amount. I could call but hard to believe i would get any information that has not yet been released to ASX?

Have you received indication they have an exact schedule for payments?
The frustration is we now know the period is limited to 30 months, and they suggested maybe payments re start in June July. But how likely is that if they can't complete this 6 month outstanding payment in one go on time now that the account exists?

They sound like great questions to ask the company directly.

Michael did say they have enough money to support all the have through DFS. This is the point where Quantum decide if they want to continue. His words not mine
