    I agree Andy. I can't see why some, even some form of reduced capacity, formal sales contract could not be signed yet given how vital it is. I don't like that it is not signed but am trying not to get too caught up in speculating why. There are plenty of plausible, non-concerning reasons why we are still waiting for it that have been posted here. Lindsay did say in the interview he expects it to be signed in the next few months so I am not expecting it anytime soon but I am expecting it by the time we need it.
