Good question!! we probably can't and how do we value them for this ATO correspondence purpose? We are supposed to seek an amendment to our 2021 Tax returns to include these 'in specie' Outback Goldfields shares as a dividend but how the heck does one value them. Not that I am going to give a stuff about having my tax return amended for a few 'rates and mice'. I can't recall if PTR put a value on them at the time???
