You might like to reread you’d post. It is full of supposition, interpretation and conclusions that appear to be your own.
you may not think that’s made up but there is a vast difference between facts and opinion.
let’s take some of your words
“it appears that”
“apparently”
“rumour is”
”my understanding is”
”the interpretation is”
those are quite clearly not facts and they are certainly not tte facts of the ICC decision
so once you slip into opinion as I said you are no different to any other propagandist - those whose words you are happy to listen to and those you distrust
