To put this in a certain context. The market cap of HMX is not even 0.2% of that of South32. So ‘we’ are a fly on the wall compared to South32. Nevertheless, Dan managed to negotiate a deal. So either Dan is well connected or Isa Valley seems interesting enough for a heavyweight like South32 to waste time on it (or not....). I wonder how long it will be before the market sees the progress. Now that the financing issue (cash/CR) is off the table, Dan seems to me to be consistently building a ‘multiple opportunity pipeline’. I like that.

Bullrush is not part of this deal. How about another JV? Maybe with another heavyweight?
