YT. Just about everything you want to know about REEs is in a bunch of articles by Robin Bromby. If you google him and rare earths u get a bunch of stories. Pretty informative and shows tht there is quite a few angles to the whole thng. Some are rarer than others and there is the idea that its all a Chinese conspiracy.
If I was Chinese govt I'd be more worried about my US Treasury bonds etc than trying to spook the rare earths market.
