Magnis Energy Technologies Ltd (“Magnis”, or the “Company”) (ASX: MNS; OTC: MNSEF; FSE: U1P) advises that the Company has reached an in-principle arrangement with Corporate Mining Pty Ltd representing the Lenders to extend the maturity date of the loan from 30 April 2024 until 31 May 2024 (Extended Maturity Date). The full details will be provided once documentation has been finalised and signed by all parties.
Its taken nearly a month to sign a month extension.
Only a few days to go.
