    I back your views on the problematic disclosure. I see BMD's more lenient version got all the likes!

    If the results are great and there is a big fat deal from a large pharma au the end of it... then the disclosure issues will mostly be forgotten and forgiven (unless you bought and sold in the periods that you have i.d then you probably have a right of action for compensation).
