Well Frontier Lithium was about $190mil CAD when it entered into the Mitsubishi JV in March 2 just months ago.

Note that Mitsubishi paid CAD$25mil for 7.5% in Frontier valuing it at CAD $335million or roughly 75% premium to its market value just before the deal. Well if we looked at the chart we see Frontier was obviously pushed down to 40c and news of Mitsubishi deal leaked before announcement seeing it race to 90c just before March 4th announcement of Mitsubishi deal.

WR1 is miles ahead and better than Frontier's PAK deposits yet here we are, no strategics no deals and a piss poor valuation.

CE needs to address this issue imo and attending conferences doesn't seem to have helped.



Canadian miner Frontier Lithium said on Monday it is forming a joint venture with Japanese trading house Mitsubishi to help advance lithium mining and processing in Ontario.

The partnership will help finance Frontier’s PAK lithium project mine in Ontario and a planned lithium chemicals conversion facility, Frontier said.

As per the terms of the agreement signed last week, Mitsubishi would buy a 7.5% stake in the project for C$25 million ($18.44 million), with an option to increase it to 25%.
