Selling is fine . The only issue is over 70% of holding was sold by the CEO. Some directors are waiting to produce a drum of yellow cake so they can sell their shares.. That sounds ok but not ok if the Sale is 70 % of holding. That is where the problem lies and alarm bells ringing.
