That would explain the sudden buyers filling up 4 and bites at 5 again, well if the report is finalised they legally can't sit on it for long, if there is price sensitive market information for release, this needs to be made avaialable to everyone and fast.
Otherwise those in the now have the opportunity to buy and sell before the market moves either way and they would risk ASIC intervention.
That said i would expect this report soon, if you wanted into BKP on that report then get your buy orders filled and fast because the report is inc inc inc.
