GW, I posted at the time I didn’t believe you can “just walk away” but was called out, IMHO management will not distribute anything until this is done and dusted, they won’t take the chance as directors, directors can be held personally liable, I don’t think any of them will attempt to put themselves in this position, IMHO this will drag out for years till everything is gone, me personally I would stop putting all my energy into trying to see what can be salvaged from FFX and start putting pressure on Leo board to get the tranche cash distributed ASAP before they get caught up in this, unless they already have but failed to disclose to holders
