deadline come and gone...as i understood things the close was 2.00am AEST this morning our time. haven't heard anything yet about an extension or anything, be interesting to keep an eye on BHP's price this morning possibly acting as an indicator to a further extension. to date each time the deal has appeared remote their share price has risen, intriguing day coming up.
